GP Patient Survey Results - 2024

The GP Patient Survey is an independent survey run by Ipsos on behalf of NHS England. The survey is sent out to over two million people who are registered with GP practices in England. 

The survey is run annually, and the results show how people feel about their GP practice. The annual National GP Patient Survey results for 2024 were published last month, and the results for Mount Road Practice are excellent. You can find the full results for all GP practices on the Patient Survey website at https://gp-patient.co.uk. Please note that the results for Mount Road Practice are still recorded under the GP Surgery name of Dr Robinson and Partners, and the Practice code is M83084. You can also compare the results against other practices.

We have summarised the results for Mount Road Practice in the chart below and compared the 2024 results against the results for 2023 and the National average for all GP practices in England. (Please note that some of the questions in the survey were changed from the 2023 survey and therefore it is not possible to compare the results between the 2024 and 2023 results for these questions. The questions that are new in 2024 are therefore only compared to the National Average and have no 2023 comparison data in the chart below).
